Garlic Bread with Black Garlic

You will need butter, salt, pepper, parsley, french bread, black garlic, and parmesan cheese.

Preheat the oven temperature to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, add the black raw garlic cloves and using a fork, mash the garlic until smooth like a paste. Then add the softened butter, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

Cut slits into the bread about ½ inch apart, from one end of the bread to the other. Don't cut all the way through to the bottom.

Slather the black garlic butter between each slit.

Wrap the baguette in the aluminum foil and place on the lined baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes.

Place on a serving plater to cool for about 5 minutes.
