You will need butter, white sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, vanilla bean, flour, cornstarch, baking soda, caramels, & chocolate chips.

Using an electric mixer, cream the butter.

Add in the white sugar and brown sugar, and beat for another minute.

Beat in the eggs, vanilla, and vanilla bean seeds on high speed.

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.

With the mixer on low speed, in the large bowl with the wet ingredients, slowly add the dry ingredients.

Add the chopped caramel bits & chocolate chips and combine.

Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

Using a one inch cookie scoop, scoop out the cookie dough onto a lined cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes at 350F.
