Pumpkin Cream Coffee Martini

  • Hand mixer or whisk

Ingredients
  

Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Pumpkin Cream Coffee Martini

  • 1 tablespoon Torani Puremade Pumpkin Spice syrup
  • 2 ounces Kahlua
  • 2 ounces vodka

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, add the heavy cream, condensed milk, vanilla extract, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk until the consistency is thick and creamy.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add the Torani Puremade Pumpkin Spice syrup, Kahlua, and vodka. Add ice to the shaker and vigorously shake until it is cold to touch.
  • Pour into a martini glass. Top with a couple heaping spoonfuls of pumpkin cream cold foam and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
