In a medium bowl, add the heavy cream, condensed milk, vanilla extract, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk until the consistency is thick and creamy.
In a cocktail shaker, add the Torani Puremade Pumpkin Spice syrup, Kahlua, and vodka. Add ice to the shaker and vigorously shake until it is cold to touch.
Pour into a martini glass. Top with a couple heaping spoonfuls of pumpkin cream cold foam and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
