You will need flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, butter, brown sugar, sugar, an egg, honey, vanilla, almond paste, oats, sliced almonds, and chocolate chips.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, cream butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Then add the honey, vanilla extract, almond paste, and egg.

Then carefully add the flour mixture. Mix until just combined.

Using a rubber spatula mix in those ingredients until the final cookie dough comes together.

Cover the bowl in plastic wrap and place it in the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes. Then using a 1 inch cookie scoop, scoop the cookie dough and form into balls.
