Baked Goat Cheese Dip with Rosemary Candied Bacon and Roasted Figs

Warm creamy goat cheese, herby sweet bacon, and cinnamon figs! This baked goat cheese dip is what appetizer dreams are made of and it comes together in just 30 minutes!

You will need goat cheese, greek yogurt, olive oil, bacon, rosemary, brown sugar, paprika, fresh mission figs, cinnamon, honey, and sea salt.

First, prepare the rosemary candied bacon. Toss the bacon in rosemary, paprika, & brown sugar. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.

Now, prepare the roasted figs. Slice the fresh figs in quarters and put in a baking dish with the cinnamon. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.

Next, make the goat cheese dip. In a blender, combine the goat cheese, greek yogurt, olive oil, and salt. Transfer to a small ceramic dish and bake at 350F for 15 minutes.

Top the goat cheese dip with the rosemary candied bacon & roasted figs and drizzle with honey.
