Fried Goat Cheese Balls

Crispy fried goat cheese balls that are coated in seasoned breadcrumbs and drizzled with warm honey for the perfect delectable bite.

You will need goat cheese, Italian breadcrumbs, egg, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, vegetable oil, honey, & flaky sea salt.

Cut the goat cheese log into 2o slices & form into balls. Add flour, beaten egg, and Italian breadcrumbs to separate shallow bowls. Season each.

Working one by one, dredge a goat cheese ball in the flour, then the beaten egg, and lastly the seasoned breadcrumbs. Place on a large plate & freeze for 20 minutes.

Heat the oil in a large pot or pan. Fry the goat cheese balls for 30 seconds and then gently move around to fry the other side. Once golden brown, use a slotted spoon to transfer the goat cheese balls to a paper towel lined plate.

Transfer to a platter and drizzle with honey & flaky sea salt.
